MONROVIA — Sandra K. Brough, 65, of Monrovia, died unexpectedly at Hendricks County Hospital in Danville on Tuesday evening Nov. 6, 2007. She was born in Indianapolis on April 11, 1942, the daughter of Harry and Irene Clough Allen.

She attended the Mooresville Free Methodist Church. She was a homemaker whose greatest accomplishment was being a loving wife and mother. She was a lover of cats, flowers and mystery novels.

Survivors include her husband, Leo, whom she married on March 27, 1960; two sons, Brian Keith Brough and Debbie Besing, and Kevin Neil Brough and Regina, who are of Terre Haute; her grandchildren, John-Coyt Brough, Brianna Brough, Alyssa Brough, Danielle Brough, Gabrielle Brough, Amber Brough and Anna Brough; and her mother-in-law, Pearl Maxine Brough. Her parents preceded her in death along with two brothers, Bill Allen and Bob Allen and two sisters, Jennie Auterson and Phyllis Johnson.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. today at DeBaun Springhill Chapel, with the Revs. Monte Vincent and Jeff Newton officiating. Visitation 11 a.m. until service time today. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. If friends so desire, donations can be made to the Humane Society.
