Police arrested a Vermillion County woman this afternoon on charges of possessing LSD.

Amanda L. Dice, 27, Clinton, was held in the Vermillion County Jail, according to Indiana State Police.

Acting on community tips about possible drug activity, ISP's Putnamville District Drug Task Force went to a residence in the 900 block of South Main Street in Clinton, according to a news release.

Troopers said they discovered a small amount of suspected LSD, a number of syringes and other drug paraphernalia, along with a wanted person.

Dice faces felony charges of possession of a Schedule I drug and possession of syringes, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of paraphernalia, according to police.

She was also wanted on two Vermillion County warrants for failure to appear and visiting a common nuisance, police said.
