Get in Spring Break shape in Lincoln Trail College’s circuit fitness and advanced circuit fitness courses at the Ragon-Parker Training Center on South Cross Street, Robinson, Ill.

In-district residents enrolled in four credit hours or less who register for classes, such as circuit and advanced circuit training, that meet after 6 p.m., qualify for discounted tuition. Students pay only $10 per credit hour plus fees. Tuition also is waived for in-district residents age 60 and older, with these students paying fees only.

As part of the circuit fitness and advanced circuit fitness training courses, an individualized program is identified to provide the student opportunities to increase cardiovascular efficiency, improve muscle tone and reduce body fat by rotating through a series of universal weight machines and stationary bikes.

The center features state-of-the-art fitness equipment including four treadmills, two stair climbers, four incumbent bicycles, two elliptical trainers, 12 universal machines, free weights and baseball and softball facilities.

The Fitness Center is open for public use from 7 to 9 a.m., 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. For more information on the Ragon-Parker Training Center and fitness opportunities, call (618) 544-8657, Ext. 1208.
