Bensinger-Bennett
Brittany Elizabeth Bensinger and Robert Joseph Bennett of West Terre Haute were united in marriage at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, July 7, 2007, in First Congregational Church of Terre Haute.
The Rev. Donald C. Mullen officiated. Bill Cain, organist, provided music. Simple to Elegant coordinated the evening’s events.
The bride is the daughter of Marilyn Bensinger, Doug Bensinger and Diana Forbes, all of Terre Haute. She is a graduate of St. Mary-of-the-Woods College with a bachelor of science degree and a 2008 juris doctorate candidate at Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington with plans to practice law in Terre Haute.
Bennett is the son of Sarah Bennett and Larry Bennett Sr. of Terre Haute. He is employed by Burger Chrysler Body Shop in Terre Haute.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Brianne Bensinger, sister of the bride, was honor attendant. Debbie McClain and Angie Whitford were bridesmaids.
Larry Bennett Jr., brother of the bridegroom, was best man. Travis Schoffstall, Shawn McClain and Paul Ford Jr. were groomsmen.
Paige McClain was junior bridesmaid and Daniel McClain escorted.
Jennifer Bensinger was guest registrar attendant.
A dinner and dance reception followed in LeFer Ballroom at St. Mary-of-the-Woods College.
The couple took a wedding trip to Key Biscayne, Fla., and a cruise to Mexico with family and friends, and now reside in West Terre Haute.
Lisch-Bethuram
Stephanie Ann Lisch and Jonathan Jay Bethuram were united in marriage at 2 p.m. July 21, 2007, in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Belleville, Ill.
The Rev. Clyde Grogan officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Russell and Catherine Lisch of Belleville, Ill. She is a 2007 graduate of Indiana State University and an English teacher for Terre Haute South Vigo High School.
Bethuram is the son of Robert and Linda Bethuram and Jack and Brenda Brydges of Indianapolis. He is a 2002 graduate of Tri-State University and assistant director of career services and employer relations for Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Theresa Lisch, sister of the bride, was honor attendant. Kristen Weddle, Jackie Gustafson, Darci Rector and Jenna Renner were bridesmaids.
Eric Powell was best man. Jeff Bethuram, Matt Bethuram, Mike Wampler and Faitele Faitele were groomsmen.
Kevin Lisch, Daniel Lisch and Darrell Dunkin were ushers.
A reception followed in Fischer’s Restaurant.
The couple took a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico, and now reside in Terre Haute.
