Christa Scharmann Trinler and Wayne Keith Walrath were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m., Aug. 12, 2007, in Alumni Hall on the campus of Indiana University in Bloomington.
The Rev. Warren Walrath, father of the bridegroom, officiated. Lila Michael and Greg Owens provided music.
The bride is the daughter of W.A. and Jacquelyn Trinler of Terre Haute. She is a graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School and Indiana University. She is currently an actress and freelance production coordinator.
Walrath is the son of Janice Titzer of Evansville, and Warren Walrath of Dimondale, Mich. He is a graduate of Harrison High School in Evansville and Indiana University. He owns and operates Acme Technologies.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Ann Testa was honor attendant. Alexandra Main was bridesmaid.
William Greenwood, second cousin of the bridegroom, was best man. Brad Will was groomsman.
Scott Ketchum was usher.
Lorelei Pearl, daughter of Lila Michael and Greg Owens, was flower girl. Morgan McCabe performed special reading.
A reception followed in the Fountain Square Ballroom in Bloomington.
The couple now resides in Phoenicia, N.Y., in the Catskill Mountains.
Sparks-Duncan
Cheryl A. Sparks of Terre Haute and Randy A. Duncan of Spencer were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m., Sept. 15, 2007, at the Log Church in Fowler Park.
The Rev. Shannon Benham officiated. Women of Erin provided music.
The bride is the daughter of the late William and Sherley Sparks. She is a 1985 graduate of Ivy Tech and is currently employed as a radiographer.
Duncan is the son of the late Forrest and Betty Duncan. He is a graduate of Owen Valley High School and the Indiana Police Academy. He is a general manager for H.H. Gregg in Indianapolis.
The bride was given in marriage by Dylan Bruce, son of the bride, and Ted Sparks, brother of the bride.
A reception followed at the Log Barn in Fowler Park. The couple took a wedding trip to Southern Indiana and now reside in Terre Haute.
