— Miller-Adams
Brandi Michelle Miller of Jasonville and Nathan Phillip Adams of Montezuma were united in marriage at sunset on June 9, 2006, on the beach at Sand Key Park in Clearwater, Fla. The officiant was Margery West.
The bride is the daughter of Darrell and Teana Miller.
The bridegroom is the son of Phillip and Teresa Adams.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Angie Miller, the bride’s sister, was honor attendant.
Best men were the bridegroom’s brothers, Aaron and Jason Adams. Josh Adams, the bridegroom’s nephew, was ring bearer.
Jamie and Lindsey Miller, the bride’s cousins, were guest book and program attendants.
A dinner and dance reception took place on June 24, 2006, in Krietenstein American Legion Post 104 in Terre Haute.
A bridal shower for friends and relatives was given by Angie Miller and Elizabeth Fischer at Fowler Park in Terre Haute. Rachel Lathrop, Kathy Smith and Kathy Hassler gave a shower for the bride’s co-workers in South Vermillion Middle School at Clinton.
The couple took a wedding trip to the Sandals Resort Grande Ocho Rios, Jamaica, and now resides in Montezuma.

Mills-Farris
Stef Mills and Chris Farris, both of Charleston, Ill., were married at 4 p.m. June 17, 2006, in Charleston.
The bride is the daughter of Kathy and Mark Mills of Charleston and a full-time student.
The bridegroom is the son of Vanessa O’Neill and the late Larry Farris, grandson of Walter and Lois O’Neill and Gloyd and Martha Weir of Terre Haute, and is employed as a laborer.
George Beush officiated.
Matrons of honor were Wanda Alexander, Angie Willis and the bridegroom’s mother.
Best man was Aaron Decker.
Bradley Willis was ring bearer.
A traditional cake reception followed in the Alexander home. A second reception took place on June 28 in Morton Park.
