Roy-Heiser

Krista Roy and Jeremy Heiser, both of Terre Haute, were united in marriage Wednesday, May 6, 2009, in Negril, Jamaica.

The bride is the daughter of Cathy and Don Roy of Shelburn.

Heiser is the son of Carol and George King of Altamont, Ill., and Lawrence Heiser of Altamont.

Friends and relatives are invited to a reception at 6 p.m. Saturday, May 30, in Shrine Country Place at Terre Haute.

McKean-Ruble

Record amounts of rain fell but even the flooding could not stop the wedding of Mary Beth McKean to Andy Ruble.

Mary Beth McKean and Andrew Ryan Ruble were united in marriage on June 7, 2008, at the Southside Church of Christ in Terre Haute.

Jerimi Meyers officiated.

Vocalists Nathan and Derek Wilson, cousins of the bride, and Tricia Holzhog provided music.

The bride is the daughter of Charlene and Raymond McKean of Terre Haute. She is a 2001 graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School and a 2003 graduate of Vincennes University with an associate’s degree in business administration. She is a 2007 graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor of science degree in merchandising.

The bridegroom is the son of Susan and Keith Ruble of Terre Haute. He is a 2000 graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School and a 2004 graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor of science degree in food sciences.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents.

Rosalie Blubaum was honor attendant. Tricia Holzbog and Kacie Ruble, sister-in-law of the bridegroom, were the bridesmaids.

Luke Ruble, brother of the bridegroom, was best man. Brett Blubaum and Clint Woods were groomsmen.

Raymond McKean Jr., brother of the bride, and Brett Blubaum were ushers.

Morgan Blubaum was flower girl. Noah Boyce, nephew of the bridegroom, was ring bearer.

Scripture was read by Brad Schultz, uncle of the bride.

Nikki Emerson, Emily Schultz, Holly Daniels, cousins of the bride, and Mackenzie Davis, niece of the bridegroom, were attendants.

A reception followed at the Sycamore Farms Barn with DJ Party Marty providing music.

Katie Boyce and Becky Davis, sisters of the bridegroom; Kacie Ruble, sister-in-law of the bridegroom; and Susan Ruble, mother of the bridegroom, were hostesses of a bridal shower.

The couple took a wedding trip to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, and now reside in Delphi, Ind.
