Rebecca Louise Taylor and Lance Michael Poehler, both of Terre Haute, were married at 5 p.m. Dec. 30, 2006, in the White Chapel at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
Vigo County Clerk Patricia Mansard officiated.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
The bride is the daughter of Lana and Jim Taylor of Terre Haute. She is pursuing an educational specialist degree in school psychology at Indiana State University.
The bridegroom is the son of Ted Poehler of Willow Hill, Ill., Beth Cummins of Royal Palm Beach, Fla., and the late Mark Davis. He is pursuing a master of science degree in engineering management at Rose-Hulman.
A reception followed in Plumbers and Steamfitters Union, Local 157, Recreation Hall.
The couple took a wedding trip to New York and now reside in Terre Haute.
