Tammy Kay Ball and Jeremy Edwin Fuesler were united in marriage at sunset on Oct. 21, 2006, on the beach of Sanibel Island, Fla. The ceremony took place on the beach property of the Casa Ybel Resort.
The Rev. Sam R. Ball, father of the bride, officiated. Jerry Fuesler, father of the bridegroom, opened the ceremony. A violinist provided music.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
The bride is the daughter of Sam and MaDonna Ball of Rosedale. She is a graduate of Riverton Parke High School and has a bachelor’s degree in office management with a minor in accounting from Indiana State University. She is the payroll and human resource manager for The Bentcil Co. in Indianapolis.
The bridegroom is the son of Jerry and Jeanie Fuesler of Huntingburg. He is a graduate of Southridge High School and has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and minor in business management from Pensacola Christian College in Pensacola, Fla. He is a patrol officer with the Indianapolis Police Department and owns the construction business Custom Home Improvement.
Traci Ball, sister of the bride, was honor attendant. Sarah Dierdorff, was the bridesmaid. Olivia Head, cousin of the bride, and Cassandra Bunner, niece of the bridegroom, were shell girls.
Jeremy Messer was best man. Joel Evans was groomsman.
A reception followed in the Thistle Lodge, built in the 1890s on Sanibel Island by the Rev. George Barnes for his daughter’s wedding.
A second reception took place Nov. 4, 2006, in the Plainfield Fraternal Order of Eagles in Plainfield.
The couple took a wedding trip to St. Lucia, West Indies, in the Caribbean, and now reside in Indianapolis.
