Rhodes-Wyman
Courtney Rhodes and Joseph Wyman of Marshall, Ill., will be united in marriage on Saturday, July 11, 2009, in the White Chapel at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Phyllis and Steve Calhoun of Marshall and the late Frank Rayhel. She is an X-ray technologist at Cork Medical Center in Marshall.
Wyman is the son of Diane and William Wyman of West Union, Ill. He is a quality engineering manager at North American Lighting.
Peppin-Smith
Amanda Lynn Peppin and Jared Sean Smith of Terre Haute will be united in marriage at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, July 11, 2009, in Fowler Park Log Church.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Penny and John Childress of Terre Haute. She is a graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School and is employed by Vigo Dodge.
Smith is the son of Sharon and Thomas Smith of Clinton. He is a graduate of South Vermillion High School and an Air Force veteran, and is employed by Industrial Supply.
Green-Sinders
Edmund and Corinne Green of Stow, Mass., announce the approaching marriage of their daughter, Vanessa Bonynge Green, to Paul Ray “Chip” Sinders II, son of Paul and Shari Sinders of Clay City, Ind.
The couple will be united in marriage on Saturday, July 4, 2009, on the Dartmouth College campus at Hanover, N.H.
A reception in Clay City is planned later this summer.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Nashoba Regional High School in Bolton, Mass. and a 2002 graduate of Dartmouth College with a bachelor’s degree in government. She is a policy director and deputy administrative assistant for New Hampshire Sen. Judd Gregg in Washington, D.C.
Sinders is a graduate of Clay City High School and 1996 graduate of Indiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in geography. He is an executive assistant for Indiana Sen. Richard G. Lugar in Washington.
Fagg-Long
Summer Marie Fagg and Greg Richard Long of Clay City will be united in marriage at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, July 18, 2009, in the First United Church of Christ.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Susan and Mike Fagg of Clay City. She is a 2004 graduate of Clay City High School and a 2008 graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor of science degree in agricultural finance. She is employed by The Farmers Bank.
Long is the son of Cathy and Dick Long of Clay City. He is a 2003 graduate of Clay City High School and a 2007 and 2009 graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor of science and master of science degree in engineering, respectively. He will be employed by John Deere at Moline, Ill.
Pottorff-Morman
Ashley Nicole Pottorff and Phillip James “PJ” Morman, both of Terre Haute, will be united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, 2009, in Grace Temple Church.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Donna Capps of Terre Haute and Jeff Pottorff of Shoals. She is a 2005 graduate of Shoals High School and is employed in the production department of television station WTWO News Channel 2.
Morman is the son of Darlene and Mick Morman of Terre Haute. He is a 2001 graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School and is a journeyman pipefitter with Plumbers and Steamfitters Union Local 157.
