McKean-Ruble
Mary Elizabeth McKean and Andrew Ryan Ruble, both of Terre Haute, will be united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, June 7, 2008, in the Southside Church of Christ in Terre Haute.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Charlene and Raymond McKean of Terre Haute. She is a 2001 graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School, a 2003 graduate of Vincennes University with an associate’s degree in business administration, and a 2007 graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in apparel merchandising.
Ruble is the son of Susan and Keith Ruble of Terre Haute. He is a 2000 graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School and a 2004 graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in food science. He also is a supervisor at Indiana Packers Corp. in Delphi, Ind.
Brainard-DeMoss
Annette and William Brainard announce the approaching marriage of their daughter, Jennifer Nicole Brainard of Terre Haute, to B.K. DeMoss of Sullivan.
The couple will exchange wedding vows on Saturday, May 10, 2008, in World Gospel Church at Terre Haute.
The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School and is pursuing a nursing degree at Lincoln Trail College in Robinson, Ill. She is a pharmacy technician at Walgreens.
DeMoss is the son of Angie Bohnert and Scott DeMoss, a 2002 graduate of Sullivan High School and a 2007 graduate of Indiana State University. He also is a safety management coordinator for Sterling Boiler and Mechanical Inc.
Pierce-Funk
Lea Ann Pierce and Charles Funk, both of West Terre Haute, will be united in marriage at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, May 24, 2008, in Terre Haute Bible Center.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Kathy Pierce of West Terre Haute and Edward Pierce of Leavenworth, Kan. She is a 2000 graduate of West Vigo High School, attended Indiana State University and is pursuing a nursing degree at Ivy Tech Community College. She also works in the Vigo County Sheriff’s Department.
Funk is the son of Charles Funk Sr. of Terre Haute and the late Barbara Funk. He is a 1994 graduate of West Vigo High School, attended Purdue University, and is employed by the Vigo County Sheriff’s Department.
Majors-Williams
Heather L. Majors and Paul A. Williams, both of Terre Haute, will be united in marriage at 5 p.m. on June 7, 2008.
Friends and relatives are invited to a reception at 6 p.m. in the Paradise Pavilion at West Terre Haute.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Jamie and John Boucher of Dennison, Ill., and the late Charlie Roach.
Williams is the son of Terrie and Don Kratzer and Bob Williams, all of Terre Haute.
Cook-Craft
Tina Louise Cook and Joshua Richard Craft, both of Rosedale, will be united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, May 17, 2008, in the Maplewood Christian Church.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Treva and Virgil Cook of Rosedale. She is a 2007 graduate of Indiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and is an administrative assistant at Maryvale Apartments.
Craft is the son of Teresa Craft of Terre Haute and is an assistant manager at Advance Auto Parts in Brazil.
Jensen-Camp
Courtney Jensen and Justin Camp, both of Riley, will be united in marriage at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 10, 2008, at the Clay County 4-H Fairgrounds in Brazil.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Jayne Riley and Jeff Jensen of Brazil. She is a 2005 graduate of Northview High School in Brazil and a recent graduate of Ivy Tech Community College with a degree in business management.
Camp is the son of Kelly and Randy Camp of Riley and a 2005 graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School.
Staley-Gilbert
Krista Ann Staley and Paul Gilbert will be united in marriage at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, 2008, in the Cathedral Church of All Saints in Milwaukee.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Charles Staley and Barbara Mangiafico of Sussex, Wis. She is a 1999 graduate of Arrowhead High School in Sussex, a 2003 graduate of Ball State University in Muncie with a bachelor’s degree in urban planning, and a 2007 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh Law School. She now practices law in Pittsburgh.
Gilbert is the son of Paul and Theresa Gilbert of Terre Haute. He is a 1999 graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School and a 2004 graduate of Ball State University with a master’s degree in urban planning. He is now an urban planner for Pashek Associates in Pittsburgh.
Stubbs-Altepeter
Leslie Ann Stubbs of Shelburn and J.R. Altepeter of Brazil will be united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 31, 2008, in Shelburn First Baptist Church.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Carol and Larry Stubbs of Shelburn. She is a 2002 graduate of North Central High School, a graduate of Wabash Valley College in Illinois, and will graduate in May from Ivy Tech Community College with a degree in early childhood education/developmental therapy. She is employed by Boot City and by Covered Bridge Special Education District as an education assistant at Terre Town Elementary School.
Altepeter is the son of Carolyn and Alan Altepeter of Brazil. He is a 2000 graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School and a driver for United Parcel Service.
