Gurchiek-Evans

Kelly Sue Gurchiek and David Tyler Evans will be united in marriage at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, at Idle Creek Golf Course, with Pastor Tim Ferree officiating. A reception will follow in Idle Creek Banquet Center.

Kelly is the daughter of Duane and Beverly Gurchiek of Terre Haute and a 2005 graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School. She also attended Indiana State University and Ivy Tech Community College, graduating with her registered nursing degree. She attends Indiana Wesleyan University with plans to graduate in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree. She is employed by Terre Haute Regional Hospital.

Tyler is the son of David and Paula Evans of Linton and a 2003 graduate of Linton High School. He attends Ivy Tech Community College, pursuing a degree in industrial technology. He is employed by Sony DADC.

Jackson-Western

Rachel Jackson of Martinsville, Ind., and Douglas Western of Terre Haute will be married on Sept. 28, 2013, at Spring Mill Bible Camp in Mitchell, Ind. Friends and relatives are invited.

The bride-elect is the daughter of John E. and Ann Renee Jackson of Martinsville. She is a graduate of Indiana State University with a bachelor of science in nursing and community health, and is a registered nurse at IU Health.

Western is the son of Arthur B. and Jonnee G. Western of Terre Haute. He plans to attend Ivy Tech Bloomington in January 2014, and is an assistant coordinator at Light House Mission Ministries Inc.
