TRIED ‘N’ TRUE: Here’s the perfect dip to use with lime chips

---- — We have so many different chips these days. I always wonder what we could use the lime chips with. Amanda Condit gave me a cookbook from her church called “Pleasures from the Good Earth,” by St. Mary’s Parish & Friends. I love this dip for chips. But it calls for the lime chips. Since I didn’t have them, I used the regular ones. As grandkids say, it’s a keeper. Thanks, Mary Jo Robison.

Mexican Corn Dip

2 cups mayonnaise

2 cups sour cream

3 teaspoons garlic power

1 small can sweet corn (drained)

1 can green chilies

1 1⁄2 cup taco-flavored

Shredded cheese

• Mix all together

• Chill overnight for best flavor

• Serve with lime chips
