An interpretive writing workshop led by Alan Leftridge, Ph.D., author of the textbook “Interpretive Writing,” will be offered from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on June 12 at Fort Harrison State Park in Indianapolis.
The workshop will cover the basics of interpretive writing, as applied to signs, exhibits, brochures, websites, public service announcements, books and magazines.
Course participants will be instructed in creating clear, dynamic and concise interpretive texts, reveal meanings and attract visitors.
Leftridge specializes in interpretive training seminars throughout North America.
The fee is $310 and includes instruction, lunch, refreshments, handouts and a textbook.
