---- — I have no clue who gave me this recipe. I have used it for years. It’s quick and easy. Got a reunion coming? What about a Fourth of July get-together? This is easy and quick. It doubles easy for a 9- by 13-inch pan.

When our daughter-in-law, Tonya, was alive, she would fix this when I was in the hospital. It sure was handy. Hope you all enjoy it also. You can use fresh vegetables also; just cook them before adding soup.

Vegetable Variety

1 can green beans (14.5 oz. drained)

1 can mixed vegetables, (15 oz. drained)

1 can Cream of Mushroom soup (10.5 oz.)

• Mix all ingredients and place in greased pan or spray 8- by 8-inch pan.

• Top with crushed potato chips, dot with margarine.

• Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
