Community Foundation seeks Wish List participants

TERRE HAUTE — It’s not too early to start planning for the holidays. The Wabash Valley Community Foundation invites all nonprofit organizations to participate in the 2013 Holiday Wish List. The Community Foundation will match dollar for dollar, up to $12,000, for gifts made through the list.

To participate, nonprofit organizations are asked to submit a wish ranging from $25 to $50 that will be beneficial during the holiday season. The Community Foundation’s goal is to fulfill each wish multiple times. The list will be issued in November and will be made available in print and online through Wabash Valley Gives.

To participate, complete the Nonprofit Organization Application and submit it to the Community Foundation by July 19. Applications are available at www.wvcf.com/holidaywish or at the Community Foundation office. Contact Sarah Glendening at intern3@wvcf.com or 812-232-2234 with any questions.

Through philanthropic services, strategic grant making and community leadership, the Foundation’s mission is to engage people, build resources and strengthen community.
