---- — Mr. and Mrs. Roy Williams

Roy and Judy (Higbee) Williams of Terre Haute celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on July 5.

They were married in 1963 at Fairbanks Missionary Baptist Church by the Rev. Ted Morgan.

The couple have two children, Janine (and Keith) Collier of Indianapolis and Troy (and Hope) Williams of Heidenheim, Germany; and three grandchildren.



Mr. and Mrs. Ed Riggs

Ed and Libby Riggs were married on a rainy Saturday evening in the First Congregational Church. They celebrated 50 years of marriage on Saturday.

The Riggs have two daughters, Dawn Laszewski, and Britni (and Vince) Antrim; three grandchildren, Tori McCoy, Clay Heien and Claira Antrim; and one great-grandchild, Javan McCoy.

The couple are planning a 50th anniversary honeymoon in Key West, Fla.



Mr. and Mrs. Dwight McNabb

Dwight and Donna (Hendricks) McNabb of Jasonville celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday in Lawton Street Christian Church at Jasonville.

The couple were married on July 9, 1963, in Bloomington, Ind., by Robert Fenton. He is a retired glazer and she is retired from Bloomfield State Bank.

Hosts at the reception were their four children, Dana Street of Hymera, Lavonna York of Indianapolis, Sharon Brown of Greenwood, and Steve McNabb of Brazil. They also have nine grandchildren.



Mr. and Mrs. Mike Grindle

Mike and Sandy (Brandon) Grindle of Rosedale will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday in the Rosedale Community Center. Friends and family are invited.

The couple married on July 21, 1963, at Maplewood Christian Church. He is retired from AET Plastics and she is retired from the Vigo County School Corp.

The couple have three children, Michael (deceased), Brandon of Rosedale, and Seth and companion Terena of Terre Haute. They also have two grandchildren.



Mr. and Mrs. Ed Gladish

Ed and Marilyn (Bracken) Gladish will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. on July 21 in Barbour Avenue United Methodist Church, 1401 Barbour Ave.

It is requested that gifts be omitted but cards are welcome.

The couple were married on July 20, 1963, by the late Revs. Fred Snow and Russell Youngblood. He worked for Moore Langen Printing, Dalex Fabrication and was pastor at several United Methodist churches in the area. She is a graduate of Union Hospital School of Nursing, and is retired from AP&S Clinic.

Hosts at the open house will be their children, Sheri (and Brett) Logan of Lebanon, Jeff Gladish of Cocoa, Fla., and Melissa (and Doug) Pearson of Indianapolis. They also have three grandchildren.
