Thornton-Burns

Rebecca R. Thornton and Patrick P. Burns were united in marriage at 2 p.m. on Aug. 24, 2013, at Grace Community Church. The Rev. Mike O. Pringle officiated.

The bride is the daughter of the late Paul and Betty Rudisel. She previously worked at Kentucky Fried Chicken and is now a homemaker.

The bridegroom is the son of the late Leo and Mary Burns. He is employed at Moore Langen Printing.

The bride was given away by her son, Larry W. Larimer Jr.

The matron of honor was Danielle N. Jones, and bridesmaids were Brieana L. Anderson and Sarah Decker. Best man was Stephen R. Rudisel, and groomsmen were Thomas R. Rudisel and Eric S. Jones.

Flower girls were Kristan Finney and Julie Decker. Ring bearers were Nicolas Finney and Jacob Bowlingball. Candle lighters were Penny Sheese and Tanya Kelsgheimer.

Musicians at the wedding were Jim Sheese and Song Cross. The photographer was Brandy Lemmons from Captured Moments.

The reception followed in the Rod and Gun Club with music by the Midwest Playboys,

The couple took a wedding trip to the Indianapolis Zoo and now reside in Terre Haute.
