Wilhelm wins, South 2nd in Conference Indiana boys swimming

COLUMBUS — Terre Haute South got a victory from Christian Wilhelm in the 200-meter freestyle and placed a close second to powerful Columbus North on Saturday in the Conference Indiana boys championship meet in the Bull Dogs’ pool.

Wilhelm added a third-place finish in the 500 freestyle and Nick Lee took second in diving for the Braves, who were also second in two of the relays and third in the other.

Terre Haute North placed seventh in the meet, with Courtland Jones taking fifth in the 500 for the best Patriot placing.
