Auto racing

Larson wins opener — At New Smyrna Beach, Fla., Kyle Larson won the feature race in the first official U. S. Auto Club midget race of the season on Sunday at New Myrna Speedway.

Larson was fast qualifier and led the final 14 turns to win the 30-lap main. He assumed the early lead in the midget point totals going into Monday’s racing at the track.
