Grooms leads Marshall girls to victory over Paris

PARIS, Ill. — Kaydie Grooms had 21 points and 12 rebounds and Tonia Bishop scored 12 as visiting Marshall defeated Paris 54-33 in girls high school basketball Friday.

Grooms added three steals for the Lions, who also got nine points and five assists from Breah Keim and 10 rebounds from Cheyenne Thompson.

Hannah Volkmann scored 11 and Madelyn Brouwer 10 for the Tigers.
