IDEM to offer free class presentations on Earth Day

---- — In observance of Earth Day on April 22, the Indiana Department of Environmental Management is offering free classroom presentations to Indiana schools, statewide. Presentations will be scheduled from April 8-19.

The presentations are on air quality, water quality, land quality and recycling, They include interactive activities such as “Environmental Jeopardy” and building an edible landfill. The presentations are about 30 to 50 minutes long, and each school may request up to four.

To register, schools should complete the IDEM Earth Day Celebration Speaker Reservation form at forms.in.gov/Download.aspx?id=6615 and email it to education@idem.IN.gov or fax it to 317-233-5970.
