Veterans appreciation luncheon on Sunday in Brazil

---- — Northview High School/Cumberland Academy’s JAG program is hosting their second annual free Veterans’ Appreciation Luncheon for any and all veterans in the Brazil area. The event will take place on Sunday, Nov. 11, in the Brazil National Guard Armory.

Every veteran has earned his/her right to be honored and thanked immensely. It is only seen as more than fitting to celebrate the actions of veterans and show them that it is greatly appreciated. So in order to demonstrate this, the JAG (Jobs for America's Graduates) program at Northview High School/Cumberland Academy program has encompassed in their goals to once again honor the veterans that so greatly deserve it. The luncheon that was provided last year will be similar to this year. Any and all veterans are welcome to come and bring family and/or friends.

The JAG program’s luncheon will be from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Attendants will have a choice of hamburger, hot dog, chips, and/or baked beans. There will also be a selection of desserts. The Brazil National Guard Armory is at 970 W. Craig Ave.
