For Casey, Morgan went 2 for 4 and L.Black 3 for 3.

• Marshall 11, Robinson 1 — At Robinson, Ill., Cheyenne Thompson hit a two-run homer for the Lions, who improved to 5-2, on Tuesday.

Kassi James went 2 for 4 with two doubles, and Abbie Switzer 2 for 4 with two doubles. Sydney Hoggatt and Emily Switzer added two hits apiece.

• Sycamores honored
— Indiana State seniors Greggmar Swift and Mary Theisen and sophomore Katie Wise have been named Missouri Valley Conference Athletes of the Week.

For all three, this was their first honor of the outdoor season.

ISU will head to Charleston, Ill., for the Big Blue Classic today through Saturday.
