Sisters planning Hole-y-One Golf Scramble

TERRE HAUTE — Golfers can have fun and support the Sisters of Providence and their ministries of love, mercy and justice to people in need. Interested players can sign up now for the 11th annual Hole-y-One Golf Scramble, taking place on Friday at the Country Club of Terre Haute. Morning and afternoon flights are available.

Prizes for women’s, men’s and mixed divisions will be awarded. All participants will enjoy a lunch, 18 holes of golf, and snacks and beverages throughout the day. Special contests for extra luck are also planned, since it will be Friday the 13th.

The cost for a team of four is $350. Single players are $90 each. The fee includes lunch, golf cart, green fees and beverages. A $35 amount of each player’s payment is tax-deductible.

Businesses can market products and services with a hole sponsorship for $175. This includes signage on the course and a listing in the official golf program.

Those interested may register now to ensure a preferred spot in the scramble.

All proceeds after cost go toward supporting the mission and ministries of the Sisters of Providence of St. Mary-of-the-Woods, many of which are located in the Wabash Valley.
