The Chosen Ones to perform at Martinsville church

Southern gospel recording artists The Chosen Ones will appear at 6:30 p.m. CST Sunday in First Christian Church at 324 N. York St., Martinsville, Ill.

The Chosen Ones feature two generations of smooth family harmony, blending both traditional and progressive Southern gospel music.

The Chosen Ones are celebrating 39 years in music, having begun their ministry in 1974. They have sung throughout the United States and abroad, performing more than 160 appearances annually as well as appearing on Gospel Music Television. They have released more than 20 recordings, which have included four national radio releases. Their latest recording, “So Blessed,” was released in August. To learn more about their ministry visit
