Berean Baptist Church

Bible study time for all ages is at 9:30 a.m. with a class for each group. Each class is taught directly from the Bible with a question and answer time. At 10:30, our pastor will continue the series, “Midnight for a Saint” and this week the specific title “An Unknown Catapults To Fame.” When the names of great saints are listed this one’s name is never on the page. Her name is unknown, her dwelling unlisted and her fortunes at rock bottom. She is the opposite of what Western Christians have come to expect from a proper female Christian. Yet Christ honors her with the highest honor possible. In her midnight hour she understood the importance of trusting God with an absolute faith. She is THE example on the subject of trust. This sermon has helped many and it may help you in these tough times.

The Teen Girls Ensemble and John Lopez will provide special music.

The 6 p.m. service features the continuing series, “The Whole Armor of God.” The title for this weeks sermon is “Truth: What IS Truth.” Our pastor will share the practical truth of Paul’s statement, “having your loins girt about with truth” as he points out what this “armor” means to you in your everyday living. This message could change your life. Wes Gates will provide special music. Berean Baptist Church is at 6770 N. Clinton St.
