Terre Haute Ministries ready to be launched

The launch of Terre Haute Ministries is at 11:30 a.m. Sept. 10 or 6:30 p.m. Sept. 11 in Maryland Community Church.

The vision and objectives of THM will be shared. Those invited can RSVP at (812) 234-7100 or receptionist@

mccth.org by Sept. 8.

Food will be served.

This meeting is designed for pastors and one ministry leader from each congregation.

Information will be shared about how a congregation can join THM.

The director of THM is the Rev. Honnolara Hubbard.

‘Taking it to the Streets’ coming up

The Bread of Life Worship Center presents “Taking it to the Streets,” with the following schedule:

Friday: L.G. Wise, Double AA and Crew, Booker T. Washington Community Center, 13th Street and College Avenue

4 to 6 p.m. — Free cookout

7 to 9 p.m. — Concert

Aug. 23: Leadership Outreach Training at MCL Cafeteria (by appointment only)

3 to 5 p.m. — Conference Room

7 to 9 p.m. — Concert: Caring Center (Kent Avenue and Chestnut Street)

Aug. 24: Bread of Life Worship Center (Ext. Building, Route 1, Marshall, Ill.)

10 a.m. — Morning service

12:30 p.m. — Cookout and fellowship
