Good service was noticed

On Wednesday, March 27, my children’s father passed away after a long illness. He lived in Warsaw, Mo. We had six children together. Watching them, their broken hearts not knowing when, where, what to do, we contacted Greiner Funeral Home.

It was at least 9:30 p.m. that night and we reached their answering service. They (Brock) immediately called back within minutes. We were given information right then on what to do and should we choose to go with Greiner Funeral Home they would take care of everything.

After checking other funeral homes and learning what they could and could not provide, Greiner Funeral Home was the best, most professional choice made. Gary (the owner) took care of everything himself from getting their (the father) home, and all the details that have to be done at a time like this were taken care of, down to providing a minister to say some prayers and comforting thoughts for everyone. Once Gary was involved he took care of everything. I can tell you, a huge burden was lifted for the family.

It was the hardest thing to watch my children, although grown and adults now, with their children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren to see their hearts broken and torn to shreds. In times like this families are numb, unable to think clearly at times and so much more needs to be done besides funeral arrangements.

Gary and his staff were there and took over, kept the family up to date on every aspect.

I want to thank Gary Greiner and staff for all you did. It did not go unnoticed.
