Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the funeral home. As she had a love for animals, her wishes were for memorial contributions to be made to the Terre Haute Humane Shelter or the charity of choice, in her memory. She would have liked her favorite prayer shared.
“Lord God, You alone are the Great Healer, When my mind and body are weak, I look to You for strength and reassurance. Surround me each day with the peace of Your love and compassion. Quiet my spirit, so I may know Your Goodness and be filled with Your Peace. Heal me, Lord, according to Your plan for my life. This I pray through Jesus Christ, my Lord, Amen”
