BRAZIL, Ind. —
Fannie Faye Martin, 91, passed away Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, at Southwood Nursing Center, in Terre Haute. She was born April 15, 1921, in Parke County, Indiana, to the late James Thomas and Fannie Catherine Thompson.
She was a homemaker and a former member of the Community Missionary Church in Brazil. Faye was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Farris Martin, and 13 brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her sons, Homer Larry (Shirley) Martin, Terre Haute, James Gary (Pamela) Martin, Winchester, Calif., and Richard Wayne (Marsha) Martin, Lafayette; grandchildren, Ty (Rachel) Martin, Gail (Steve) Locke, Todd (Chris) Martin, Michelle (Ruben) Fogliasso, Brent Martin and Amber (James) Williams; and great-grandchildren, Jack Dierckes, Nicolette Martin, Jake Martin and Mikayla Williams.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 26, 2013, at Clearview Cemetery, in Brazil. Memorial contributions can be made to the Hospice of the Wabash Valley. Online condolences may be expressed at:
