Linda Natalie

CLINTON — Linda Natalie, 51, of Clinton, died 11:40 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2013, in her residence.

She was born Feb. 11, 1962, in Beech Grove, Ind., to father, James H. Adams and Rosalinde Shultz-Parks; and stepfather, Everett Parks. She was employed at the pharmacy at Walmart, Clinton, for 24 years.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Church, a graduate of Beech Grove High School 1980, and Indiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in physical education 1985. After coaching and substitute teaching, she started working for Walmart. Linda was very involved in her community, She was a Girl Scout leader, coach, Library Board Member, P.T.O. Catholic Women’s Club, master gardening program, Relay for Life, Tri Kappa, Bocce Club, Wabash Valley Breast Cancer Survivors, INDY 500 volunteer, and member of L.I.F.T.

She married Jim Natalie on July 7, 1984, and he survives. Survivors include her husband, Jim Natalie of Clinton; daughter, Michelle Natalie of Clinton; sister, Tina Shortridge (Brad) of Indianapolis; two brothers, Klaus Adams (Debbie) of Rosedale and Bob Parks (SuAnne) of Muncie; mother, Rosalinde Parks of Beach Grove;  mother-in-law, Margie Natalie of Clinton; aunts and uncles, Wilma James of Indianapolis, Helga (Marshall) Duncan of Oklahoma, and Sig and Kathy Cooper of Florida; nieces and nephews, Parker, Mason, Rachel, James, Heather, Jacob, Joshua, Andy, Suzanne, Chris, Michael and David; brothers-in-law, Tony (Sally) Natalie and Kenny (Kim) Natalie, all of Clinton, and Joe Natalie of Indianapolis; and sister-in-law, Marilyn and Ron King of Clinton. She was preceded in death by her father, James Adams; and stepfather, Everett Parks.

Prayer service at 10:30 a.m. at Giovanini Funeral Home, 408 Vine St., in Clinton, on Oct. 5, 2013, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Church at 11 a.m. with the Reverend Fr. Michael Fritsch officiating. Private burial. Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, 2013, with Tri Kappa memorial services at 7 p.m. and Rosary recited at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
