Angela Jo Waldon

SHELBURN — SHELBURN — Angela Jo Waldon, of Shelburn, passed away on May 10, 2013, at her father’s residence in Shelburn. She was born in Terre Haute, to Terry and Lynn Taylor Robinson, on Dec. 16, 1974.

She is survived by her mother; children, Brandon R. Sparks and his father, David Sparks, Mackie Jayd and Wyatt Waldon and their father Jason Waldon; brothers, Eric (Tina) Robinson and Bradford (Ashley) Robinson; sister-in-law, Barbara Robinson; a very special friend, KD Pugh; niece and nephews, Grace, Dusty, Dalton, Braxtyn Robinson and Aaron Vire Robinson; several uncles, aunts and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Terry L. Robinson; a brother, Matthew W. Robinson; grandparents, Russell W. and Helen Taylor, and Archie and Margaret Robinson.

Angie attended Ivy Tech Campus, in Terre Haute, for auto body restoration and also received her licensed practical nurses’ certificate from Ivy Tech. She went on to receive her registered nurse’s certificate and Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan College, and was in the  process of obtaining her master’s degree for a career in teaching nursing. Angie worked at Exceptional Living as an RN in Brazil. She loved her children and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, loved all children, animals, fishing, four-wheeling and mudding trucks and was very close to her family, and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Angie was baptized by Pastor Don Butto in 1985, and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Shelburn.

Visitation for Angie will be Saturday, May 18, 2013, from 10 a.m. until time of services at 12 noon, at Holmes Memorial Chapel, in Sullivan, with Pastor Billy Stines officiating. Interment will follow in Center Ridge Cemetery, in Sullivan.
