Lisa Michelle Nutt-Berg

WESTMINSTER, Calif. — WESTMINSTER, Calif. — Lisa Michelle Nutt-Berg, 38, of Westminster, Calif., died April 22, 2013 at home. She was born in Williamsport, Pa., on Dec. 30, 1974, the daughter of Joseph Allen Nutt and Bertha Helen Hess-Nutt-Pendleton.

Lisa was employed by Calcomp Graphics Solution, LLC. from 2008 to 2013. Lisa attended Long Beach City College and completed an AA degree in paralegal-specializing in bankruptcy, Advance Training School and completed AA in medical assistance, and Golden West College and completed graphic design in 2010.

Lisa enjoyed being with her family and friends. She served in the Navy as a navigator, where she met the love of her life, James Anthony Berg. They traveled around the world in the Navy. They were married on May 9, 1998, in Terre Haute, with family and friends attending. They saw the world and loved life, always having a great time wherever they were. She will be missed by family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, James Anthony Berg; mother, Bertha Helen Hess and Don Pendleton of Colorado; father, Joseph Nutt of Oregon; grandparents, Cecilia E. Hess of California, Roy E. and Deborah Hess, of California; mother-in-law, Dorothy Smock-Berg of Indiana; aunts and uncle, Jennifer Hess of Arizona, Roy and Lene Rollins-Hess Jr. of California; siblings, Jeffrey and Debbie Nutt-Berrier of Florida, David and Kristen Berg, Kerry and Shelly Berg-Jacques of Wisconsin; John and Carol Berg of Indiana, Sarah Berg of Ohio, Willie and Lauren Chandler-Venegas of Arizona, Mark and Naomie Hess-Jaso of California, Salina Hunt of California, Albert and Victoria Venegas-Gutierrez of Arizona, Terry Pendleton of Colorado, Bryan Pendleton of California; and several other family members.

She was preceded in death by father-in-law, David Berg, and cousins, Jeffrey J. McAvoy and Tiffany McAvoy.
