TERRE HAUTE —
Jack Mott, 49, of Terre Haute, went to be with his Lord at 1:45 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013, at Union Hospital, in Terre Haute. He was born Nov. 29, 1963, in Terre Haute, to Jack and Asenath Mott.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Tawnia Mott, whom he married July 10, 1983, in Seelyville; two daughters, Nikole Hernandez, and Kimberleigh Burns and husband Bill, all of Terre Haute; a son, Jack Mott Jr. of Terre Haute; two sisters, Jane Mott, and Karen Wilson and husband Ronnie of Terre Haute; a brother, John Mott of Terre Haute; five grandchildren, Abigail and Lola Hernandez, Braiden Burns, Brodie Mott, and Kailyn Johnson; his mother-in-law, Helen Crabb of Terre Haute; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Gila Rowley.
Funeral services for Jack will be 3 p.m. Wednesday in Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, in West Terre Haute, with the Rev. Buddy White officiating. Burial will be in Bethesda Memorial Park. Visitation will be 2 p.m. until service time Wednesday.
