Kenneth Leo Waller III

Kenneth “Kenny” Leo Waller III, 44, of West Terre Haute, passed away on Monday Aug. 26, 2013, from injuries sustained in an accidental fall while he was working. He was born July 16, 1969, in Terre Haute, to Kenneth Leo “Butch” Waller II and Brenda Lee Stephens Waller.

Survivors include a daughter, Kimberly Marie Waller and her companion Stephen Schoffstall of West Terre Haute; two grandchildren, Maelea Jane Schoffstall and Emma Rose Schoffstall; two sisters, Kimberly Lynn Waller and Erica Cheeseman, both of West Terre Haute; two brothers, Matt Phillips of Hymera and Ryan Waller of West Terre Haute; his grandmother, Donna Jean Waller Bryan of West Terre Haute; a niece, Shannon Howell and her companion Brian Bault; a great-nephew, Zander Bault; and many aunts, uncles, including Darlene Waller and Forrest Waller and his wife Sherry; several cousins; and his dog, Danger. He was preceded in death by his father; his mother, Brenda Phillips; and his sister, Shannon Waller.

Funeral services for Kenny will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 31, 2013, in Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 N. Third St., in West Terre Haute, with the Rev. David Lowe officiating. Burial will be in Bethesda Cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until service time Saturday. The family kindly suggests that, if friends so desire, memorial  contributions may be made to the Kenny Waller Memorial Fund with envelopes available in the funeral home.
