June Bolinger

SHELBURN — SHELBURN — June Bolinger, 84, of Shelburn, passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at Miller’s Merry Manor in Sullivan. June was born Nov. 14, 1928, in Pleasantville, Ind., to Lawrence Hutchison and Lovina Mounts Hutchison.

She is survived by daughters, Karlene (Junior) Staley of North Carolina and her two children Ryan Richardson of Terre Haute and his four children, and Stacey (Michael) Johnston of North Carolina and her two children; a son, Nick (Deanna) Bolinger of Indianapolis and his children Kevin Bolinger and his child of Clinton, and Kylie Bolinger of Indianapolis; daughter, Teresa (Barry) Hardin of Shelburn and her children Ashley (Simon) Hammons of Florida and Eric Hardin of Evansville; and son, Matthew Bolinger of Shelburn and his children Tristen and Nathan Bolinger of Sullivan. She has one brother, Don Hutchison of Shelburn; and a sister, Esther Fox of Georgia. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Norman “Nick” Bolinger; an infant son; and a sister, Edith Miller. She leaves behind several cousins, nieces and nephews.

June was a 1946 graduate of Hymera High School and an avid gardener which anyone could see by the many beautiful flower beds around her home.

Visitation will be Monday, April 15, 2013, from 4 until 7 p.m. in Holmes Memorial Chapel in Sullivan, and services will be Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. Don Ransford officiating. Interment will follow in Little Flock Cemetery in Shelburn.
