---- — CLINTON — Norma Louise Rigsby, 72, of Clinton, passed away at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 6, 2013, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute. She was born Oct. 27, 1940, in Hillsdale, to Samuel Jackson and Blanche Fortner Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; older brother and sister-in-law.

She had at one time sold Avon and she was a clerk at Reuben Donnelley. She was a member of State Line Christian Church and American Legion Ladies Auxiliary of Cayuga.

She is survived by her husband, Robert A. Rigsby; a son, Robert S. Rigsby and wife Kari Rigsby; four grandchildren, Clifford Rigsby and wife Jenna Rigsby and great-granddaughter, Paisley, Tiffani Rigsby and fiance Jimmy Silotto, Shelbi Rigsby and Sam Rigsby. She has two sisters, Clara Mae Warren and husband Everett Warren and Rosie Myers and late husband Donald Myers, and two brothers, late Samuel Jackson and former wife Grace Jackson and Andrew Jackson and late wife Martha Jackson. Four half sisters and a very very fine bunch of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2013, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Frist Funeral Home, 458 Blackman St., in Clinton. Service will be on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Ansil Harpold and Revs. Nic Elliott officiating. Burial will be in Spangler Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at:
