ROCKVILLE — Milford Eugene Harber, 54, of Rockville, Ind., died at 11:05 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013, in his residence. He was the owner of Harber Environmental Medical Services. He was born Oct. 4, 1959, in Indianapolis, to the late Arthur Jenkins Harber and Mildred Loveall Harber. Survivors include his wife of 18 years, Jennifer DeLong Harber, whom he married Oct. 21, 1995. Also surviving are three sons, Milford R. (Angel) Harber of McCordsville; Robert O. ( Elizabeth) Harber of Indianapolis; and Tyler Kellerman of Fort Wayne; two brothers, Bill ( LaVonda) Harber of Hope; and Shurl Harber of Shelbyville; mother- and father-in-law, Charles and Mary DeLong of Brownsburg; one brother-in-law, Brett (Tawna) DeLong of Fishers; one sister-in-law, Sandy Harber of Indinapolis; three grandchildren, Kasey Knox, Milford D. Harber and Jeffery Otto Harber; and three beloved dogs.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Floyd and Bob Harber.
He was a 1977 graduate of Lawrence Central High School. He was a member of the Rockville Christian Church. He loved photography and basketball.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, in Gooch Funeral Home at 112 W. Howard St., Rockville, with the Rev. Patrick J. Fahey officiating. Burial will follow in Beacon Hill Cemetery, south of Rockville. Visitation will be from noon until time of services Monday at Gooch Funeral Home.
