BRAZIL — Ted “Hollywood” William Pinnick, 53, of Brazil, passed away April 3, 2013, following a battle with cancer. Ted was born Jan. 14, 1960, in Baldwin, Mo., the son of William and Diane (Taylor) Pinnick. He graduated from Casey High School with the class of 1978. Ted had worked in many capacities at Great Dane Trailers, in Brazil, for the past 22 years.
Ted married Vicki Miller Oct. 22, 2002. Ted was a member of Staunton First Christian Church. He enjoyed boating, coaching T-Ball and football.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a stepson, Lucas Sanders; mother and father-in-law, Charles and Mary Miller; and a sister-in-law, Connie Smith.
He leaves behind his wife, Vicki of Brazil; children, Jetta Pinnick, Taylor Pinnick, Preston Pinnick, and Chase Pinnick; a stepdaughter, Katie Sanders; a grandchild on the way; two brothers, David Pinnick (Penny) of West Virginia and Brian Pinnick (Rick) of San Diego; a sister, Rhonda Burkybile (Max) of Casey, Ill.; sisters and brothers-in-law, Bill Smith (Connie) of Terre Haute, Alice Friddle of Knightsville, Bev Batchelor (Earl) of Brazil, Brenda Cooksey of Brazil, Bonnie Richardson of Sullivan, Mike Smith of Greencastle, Debbie Myers (Mark) of Brazil, and Dan Miller of Seelyville; as well as several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Visitation for Hollywood, will be at Lawson-Miller Chapel, 1702 E. National Ave., in Brazil, Friday, April 5, 2013, from 4 to 8 p.m. Services will be at the funeral home, Saturday, at 1 p.m. with Pastor Doug Parkey officiating. Burial will follow at Bee Ridge Cemetery.
