DENNISON, Ill. —
DENNISON, Ill. — Mildred Marie Rockwell, 90, of Dennison, passed away at 3:30 a.m. Monday, May 13, 1913, at Burnsides Community Care Center, in Marshall, surrounded by her family. She was born Dec. 30, 1922, in Wabash Township, Clark County, the daughter of Lewis Conrad and Bonnie Jean Scott Hedges. Her husband, Russell Rockwell preceded her in death on Dec. 23, 1992.
Surviving are her children, Eva Jean (Larry) Summers of West Terre Haute, Ind., Brenda Simpson of Russellville, Ky., Danny Rockwell, and Randy Rockwell, both of Dennison; grandchildren, Brent Pittman, Bethany Daughertry and Schyler Simpson; great-grandchildren, Connor Daughertry and Taylor Daughertry; and nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Hedges and Lewis Hedges Jr.; and a sister, Maxine Royer.
She was a member of Patton United Methodist Church.
Private graveside services will be held at Marshall Cemetery, with Pastor Tim Duke officiating. There will be no public visitation. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to Patton United Methodist Church. Arrangements have been entrusted to Pearce Funeral Home, in Marshall.
