Francesca Julia (Sereno) Rosch

TERRE HAUTE — Francesca Julia (Sereno) Rosch, 78, of Terre Haute, died on March 22, 2013, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Terre Haute on Feb. 27, 1935, to John and Mary Stella (Caruso) Sereno. She was a loving wife, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She shared 55 wonderful years of marriage to Robert Dennis Rosch. They met while working at Columbian Enameling and Stamping Company in 1957.

She is survived by her loving husband; her brother, Nicholas Sereno of West Terre Haute; her three daughters, Rena Kaye Goode (Leland) and their son, Robert Samuel Goode of Jupiter, Fla.; Tracee Ann Rosch of Terre Haute, her son, Jacob Geib-Rosch (Bethany) and their daughter, Sofia Marie of Durham, N.C.; and Johnna J. Rosch Schaefer (William), her daughter, Alison Marie Eisman of Rosedale, her son, Matthew J. Eisman (Yolanda) and their children, Jacob Matthew Eisman and Isabella Francesca Eisman of Terre Haute, and her stepdaughter, Kara Louise Ray (Seth) of Indianapolis. She also had many loving nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Carlo, Joseph and Michael; and four sisters-in-law.

Most of her life she was a stay-at-home mom devoted to her family. She traveled extensively and enjoyed music, dancing and reading, was a wonderful cook, loved animals and loved mushroom hunting. She had a wonderful sense of humor and keeps her family laughing in memory.

In lieu of flowers her family requests donations in her memory be made to  Southern Care Hospice of Terre Haute.
