TERRE HAUTE —
On this date, July 8, 2013, at 9 p.m., Rosalie (Elkins) Fagg passed from this life to the Glory World to be with her God the Lord Jesus Christ. Rosalie was gloriously filled with God’s Spirit, the Holy Ghost in May of 1971. Rosalie was born Nov. 29, 1936, to Louise and Ford Elkins. She was preceded in death by her parents and her only brother, Billy Jo Elkins. Rosalie and her husband Wilford L. Fagg were married 57 years. Their union all began as high school sweethearts and they were married Oct. 12, 1955.
Rosalie and Wilford have two surviving children, their daughter, Sharon Lynn Stevenson, and their son Bradley Wayne Fagg. These two children have given Rosalie and Wilford five beautiful grandchildren. Sharon their daughter and her deceased husband, Earl V. Hooker gave them two beautiful granddaughters, Jamie Nicole Kirk who is married to Adam Kirk, and Courtney Lane Hooker who lives with her sister Jamie and brother-in-law Adam in Dallas, Texas. Their son, Bradley Wayne Fagg and his wife Dianna, who live in Sullivan, have given them three handsome grandsons, John Steven, Michael Joseph, and Mark Allen.
Rosalie will be laid to rest at Bethesda Cemetery, with Greg Townsley, pastor of the Heritage Family Church, located on East Wood Street, Paris, Ill., and Robert Rohrer pastor of the Apostolic Lighthouse Church, located on Highway 19, east of Inglis, Fla., presiding. Funeral services for Rosalie will be 1 p.m. Friday, July 12, 2013, in Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 N. 3rd St., West Terre Haute. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 11, 2013, and prior to services Friday.
