TERRE HAUTE —
Jeri Ann (Pigg) Fuson, 79, died on Saturday evening, Dec. 1, 2012, in Brownsburg. She was born to Helen M. (Brodie) and Glessie O. “Pete” Pigg, in Terre Haute, on Jan. 11, 1933. Preceding Mrs. Fuson in death were her beloved husband, Jerry L. Fuson; parents, Pete and Helen; and infant son, Paul Matthew.
Four adult children survives: Kimberly S. (Barbara), of Indianapolis, Jerry L., Jr. (Gina) of Hatton, N.D., Rebecca A. of Brownsburg, and Max E. (Tina) of Greenwood.
Mother was a homemaker whose priority was her family. Grandma also loved dearly her 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
After her children were older, Jeri Ann worked at American Art Clay Co., Inc., in Speedway, for many years. During her time at AMACO, she held a few positions before ending her tenure there as purchasing agent for the company. She also worked for many years at Heritage Environmental Services, in Indianapolis.
Mrs. Fuson was a longtime associate member of American Legion Post 500 in Speedway, and of Post 252 in Greenwood.
Memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012, at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory, Greenwood Chapel, 481 W. Main Street, Greenwood. Visitation will be from 2:30 p.m. until time of services. Burial will be with her husband at a later date in Roselawn Cemetery, in Terre Haute.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial contributions being made to Vista Care Hospice Foundation or Alzheimer’s Association. Envelopes will be made available for you at the service.
