Lisa L. Singleton, 47, of Riley and Spencer, passed away at the University of Cincinnati Hospital on Saturday, June 15, 2013. She was born in Greencastle, on July 14, 1965, to Darrell White and Shirley (Snyder) Doyle. Lisa was a 1982 Edgewood High School graduate. She was currently working at Boston Scientific in quality control. Lisa was a member of the Terre Haute Eagles and Riley American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She loved to cook, do many different kinds of crafts and spend time with her family. Lisa was truly loved by all.
Lisa is survived by her husband of two years, Rodney Singleton; parents, Shirley and Bob Doyle of Spencer and Darrell and Shirley White of Spencer; son, Charlie Corder of Spencer; stepdaughters, Holly Singleton, Kayla Singleton and Jade Singleton, all of Terre Haute; brothers, Richard (Miranda) White of Gosport and Phillip (Brandee) White of Spencer; stepsister, Alice Flick of Bloomington; stepbrother, Thomas Doyle of Mitchell; seven grandchildren; and nieces and nephews, Timothy, Steven, Jessica, Ryan and Casey White.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am, Thursday, June 20, 2013, at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home, 105 N. Montgomery St., in Spencer. Pastor Roy McRoberts will officiate. Visitation will be held 4 to 8 p.m., Wednesday and 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Riley American Legion.
