TERRE HAUTE — Frances Jeanette Hudson Haltom Creasey, 93, of Terre Haute, passed away Monday, July 22, 2013. Frances was born July 2, 1920, in Terre Haute, to Frank and Helen Ascherman Hudson. Frances had most recently worked as a cashier for Paitson Brothers Hardware.

She enjoyed playing in her Bunco club for many years, as well as bingo. Most of all she loved her family; spending time with them brought great joy to her heart.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clifford “Dean” Creasey; sister, Betty Davis; brothers, Donald and George Hudson; and son-in-law, Danny Reeves. She is survived by her daughters, Nancy Reeves of Terre Haute, Janice McCauley and her husband Dick of New Albany, Patty Auten and her husband Dave of West Terre Haute, and Susie Webster and her husband Jay of Mitchell; two sons, Jim Creasey and his wife Mary Beth, and Chuck Creasey, both of Terre Haute; and 14 grandchildren, Kevin Reeves and his wife Yvonne of Terre Haute, Karen Reeves-Clapp of Terre Haute, Kip Mueller and his wife Michelle of Floral City, Fla., Lindsey LeMaster and her husband Steven of Terre Haute, Devin Creasey of Gilbert, Ariz., Davy Auten of Indianapolis, Mike Auten and his wife Abby of West Terre Haute, Susan Eichberger and her husband Andy of Louisville, Ky., Chris McCauley and his wife Fawn of Bloomington, John McCauley of Brazil, Doug Webster and his wife Angie of Mitchell, Amanda Webster of Mitchell, Sharlee Creasey of Terre Haute, and Tommy Creasey of Port St. Lucie, Fla. Frances also is survived by 19 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; as well as many other friends, family, and loved ones.

Funeral service for Frances will be held Friday, July 26, 2013, at 1 p.m. at Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th St., in Terre Haute. Pastor Mark Tobey will be officiating; burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time on Friday.
