Sandra Kay McNabb

TERRE HAUTE — Sandra Kay McNabb passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2013, in Terre Haute. Sandra was born on Aug. 3, 1943 in Terre Haute to Max and Arizona (Richie) Hunter. She married the love of her life, John, and they have been together for more than 31 years.  

Through the years, she has worked at Midland Glass as a selector. Sandra was very involved in several community organizations, including the VFW Auxiliary 104 and Marine Corps Auxiliary 471, and she was a past member of VFW Post 972 and past officer of La Societe de Femmes 40 and 8.

Sandra is survived by her husband; three children, Kim Trosper of Terre Haute, Frank Christenberry of Terre Haute and John McKinney of Warsaw, Ky.; one sister, Ann (Jim) Caserotti; and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Sonny Hunter and Robert Hunter; and two sisters, Helen Holmes and Ernestine Morgan.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, July 22 at Roselawn Funeral Home, with a funeral ceremony at 2 p.m., Pastor Brett Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. The family requests that everyone come casually dressed. Family and friends may offer words of comfort at:
