FAIRVIEW PARK —
Bill J. Weber, 83, of Fairview, died at 3:54 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, in Union Hospital Clinton. He was born March 8, 1929, in Clinton, to Ernest Christopher Weber and Dorothy Louise Prulhiere Weber. He was retired from Alcan and he later worked for the Daily Clintonian, Old National Bank, took care of Fairview Park Community Building, and was the writer of the Trove Magazine. He was a member of Fairview Park Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Dorothy A. Polomski Weber on Oct. 30, 2011; three sisters, Frances Hope, Mary Weber, and Shirley Weber; and one brother, Vernon Lee Weber. He is survived by two daughters, Denise and Stewart Mclntyre of Lafayette, and Debbie Weber of Indianapolis; and one son, Dennis and Sue Weber of Clinton. Also surviving are five grandchildren, Michelle Klatte, Jacob Weber and his fiancé Julia Truemper, Jared Weber, Alysia Mclntyre, and Ryan Mclntyre; four great-grandchildren, Raven Klatte, Taylyr Garrison, Brooke Garrison, and Kaden Kalweit.
Visitation will be 5 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, at Frist Funeral Home, 458 Blackman St., in Clinton. Services will begin at 6 p.m. with Steve Douglas officiating. Private burial will be held in Roselawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fairview Church of Christ or the Food Pantry.
