Patricia Funk

TERRE HAUTE — Patricia "Pat" Funk, a life long resident of Terre Haute, age 84, passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday, June 30, 2013, at 1:50 a.m., with her family at her side. She was born to James J. Cutright and Bertha Guyer Cutright on Jan. 30, 1929.

She was a graduate of Gerstmeyer High School and employed at Quaker Maid for 17 years, also was an Avon representative for more than 50 years, and an employee at Union Hospital. She was a friend to everyone.

She is survived by three daughters and two sons, Cyndi Daugherty and husband Bill of Terre Haute, Cordy "Sam" Doty of Prescott Valley, Ariz., Jodi Funk, and his companion Missy Gilbert, Robi Dunfee and her companion Doug McCullough, and Tedi Funk and his companion Molly Coulston, all of Terre Haute. She also has seven grandchildren, Michelle Dulaney, Dean Daugherty, Crystal Daugherty, David Daugherty, Jamie Doty, Brimika Dunfee, and Landon Dunfee; as well as six great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren; a life long love and companion, Charles Funk Sr.; one cousin, Joan Barr; several nieces and nephews; and a special long time friend, Madonna Steward.

She was an avid bowler for 40 years, mostly on Art Compton, and Daugherty & Sons leagues.

Preceded in her death were her parents; sister, Jackie West Walls; son, Tobi; grandson, Lonny Wayne; an infant brother, Melvin Cutright; her beloved mother-in-law, Marie Funk; first husband, John Funk; several sisters and brothers-in-law; and special long time friend, Joan Funk.

Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 5, 2013, at Roselawn Funeral Home.  Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, at the funeral home, with Pastor Kyle Andrews officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. Online condolences may be made at:
