MARSHALL, Ill. —
MARSHALL, Ill. — Tammy A. Wilson, 48, of Marshall, Ill., passed away at 11:40 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2013, in the Burnsides Community Care Center in Marshall. She was born Aug. 24, 1964, in Mattoon, Ill., the daughter of Jim Snyder and Elaine Spurlock Snyder. She married Albert Wilson on June 4, 1983 in Westfield, Ill.
Surviving are her husband, Albert; two sons, Chad Wilson and J.R. Wilson, both of Marshall; her mother and stepfather, Elaine and Bob Turner of Casey, Ill.; her father, Jim Snyder of Casey; and a brother, Ron (Julie) Snyder of Casey. She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
She was a member of the Marshall Baptist Church and O.E.S. Chapter No. 739 of Marshall. She had formerly been employed by Sony, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut and the Dollar General Store.
Services in honor of her life will be 10:30 a.m. CDT Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at Pearce Funeral Home, 314 S. Sixth St., in Marshall, with the Rev. Judy Williams officiating. Burial will be in Marshall Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to her family in care of Pearce Funeral Home.
